In this unit you will be covering a range of culinary products and terms. It is worth 8 credits so we have alot of work to get through! The assesment includes a reserach project (which will be marked). To make the unit fun and to reinforce the learning in the project we will also be cooking a range of dishes that include the key culinary terms. Areas that we will cover are:
